The iconic Art Deco hotel unveils a new brunch offer, reimagined as an exceptional flavor journey. A sweet & savory (and even 'umami') experience within our newly revamped spaces.
On the large savory buffet, the must-have delicacies of a French brunch: a selection of charcuterie, cheeses, and L'Etoile du Berger breads. Iodized flavors are not left out: among the finest seafood, discover some specialties of modern Japanese cuisine, sublimated by international flavors.
Next door, Chef Gerald Poirier works with the best seasonal products and offers a rich selection of hors d'oeuvres and hot dishes that change every Sunday.
The sweet offer promises happiness: comforting homemade Viennoiseries stand alongside cakes, pastries and iconic French desserts. And finally, the scent that reminds childhood reveries... it escapes from the open kitchen, the chef is preparing crepes on demand.

From the Roaring Twenties, when the hotel opened, to the first Paris Fashion Week, or the French footballers' World Cup victory and the celebration of 'Zizou' in 1998, the great Parisian events of the century serve as a backdrop for 10 spectacular signature cocktails. Filled with inspiration from the cognac decanters in the new Lalique Suite, the team set off to explore the great cognac terroirs, such as Grande and Petite Champagne, Fins Bois, Bons Bois, Borderies... and came up with 'La Cognathèque'.
Esteemed small producers and private houses are featured on the front page of the Journal du Cognac and tell stories of the authentic cognac houses.

Drawing its inspiration from the French 'art-de-vivre' lifestyle, tea time at the Prince de Galles is a time to savor a gourmet bite.
A very Parisian 'afternoon tea' unveiled in two steps: a selection of savory mignardises, imagined by chef Gérald Poirier, followed by the sweet creations of Tristan Rousselot. Five fine pastries to share, inspired by the great French classics.
All accompanied by a hot drink, or a glass of champagne, as an option.

Tailored for business meetings, the "8.20" set menu has all the essentials to help you get off to a good start.
On the menu:
- Hot drink,
- Fresh fruit juice or detox juices
- Croissant & viennoiserie of the day,
- A range of savory delicacies that changes over the months: sliced avocado toast flavored with lemon and 'fleur de sel' salt, smoked salmon and goat's cheese club sandwich, toasted mini-baguettes with turkey ham shavings and salted butter.
- A seasonal fruit.
Served all in one go, the "8.20" set menu gives every guest the freedom to pick and choose their own pace.
